15.3!!!

15.3 is:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall balls
100 double-unders

Masters and teens perform this workout in reverse order. 

Scaled:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
50 wall balls
200 single jump ropes

For those of you that are going for RX, and aren't sure if you're going to get one... you are welcome to 1 rep max your favorite lift after you go for your first ever muscle-ups! We will host a scaled throwdown for the "RXers" that may have to scale this one on Monday. But you are going to try for RX even if I have to clear the gym and do one-on-one coaching for each and every one of you. This is supposed to be hard, this may seem impossible, but so was putting a man on the moon.
