"Cop a squiznot"

Strength:

Front Squats
10 x 3 reps

then:

15 min AMRAP:
200m Run
15 reps Bar Facing Burpees
10 reps Overhead Squats (Use a weight you can do 15-20 reps unbroken)

Post results to Beyond the Whiteboard.

Nicole of Crossfit fame, overhead squatting her bodyweight (150lbs) 15 times.
