8 rounds for time:
100m sprint
8 toes to bar
8 Kettlebells swings

*Saturday 9am will be gymnastics as long as Jordan is in town. When he is not it will be Olympic Lifting. This is a great opportunity for us to really improve and master our pull-ups, muscle-ups, ring dips, handstands, and other gymnastics movements.
