"Chief"
5 separate 3 minute AMRAPs with a 1 minute rest between each
The Amrap sequence is:
3 power cleans (135/95#)
6 push-ups
9 squats

You should choose weights modifications that will allow you to shoot for at least 3 rounds each of 5.
