Then:
100 wall balls in as few sets as possible. Each time you break, you must perform a maximum set of pull-ups. You will record everything. The number of times you rest, how big the sets are that you are getting, how many pull-ups you get each round, and the total amount of time it takes you to complete the 100 wall ball shots.
